Consist with the intent of the "Profile Selection Voting Mechanism and Method"  approved by the IHE Radiology Planning Committee in May, 2015, the following document attempts to further refine the "Short List" and "Final List" Profile Proposal Voting Process and Method. It is meant to be complete (now limiting number of ranking votes to 3 and also including tie breaking mechanisms) and durable for future years:
