3. Standards Coordination:

- Luis is working on a white paper for AAMI and there is some, but little overlap with the work in the PCD WG. They have agreed to coordinate their efforts.

4. DCC:

- They seek a degree of standardization for naming profiles, e.g., “archiver” along with the domain name will help provide unique names with some underlying commonality.

5. Marketing:

- IHE Webinar: Ken Fuchs, Axel Wirth presented for PCD. Steve noted that the link will take us to other domain webinars as well.
- ACCE Teleconference: Tomorrow, Ken and Steve.
- AAMI deadline for proposals closes Aug. 31.
- HIMSS Nursing Informatics Symposium: Erin and John Rhoads submitted a proposal.
- PCD has a new profile (RDQ) and two options (POI, WCM) and we should recruit implementers.
- Paul noted that Denmark adopted the Continua system for personal devices.

6. Calendar:

- Co-chair elections: Please vote. Manny to remind the PC, TC that the ballots close tomorrow and will ask Celina if quorum requirements were met.
- Brief Proposals: Steve noted that proposals that did not reach sufficient priority in past cycles are not automatically reconsidered. Members should review these and consider if any are to be reconsidered along with new proposals. Steve reviewed the process including the roles of the PC, TC and development of Detailed Proposals.
- Fall F2F: Steve encouraged participation. Manny noted that the Brief Proposal ballot will end at the F2F.
- Connectathon: Manny summarized test development and updates, indicating that these should be completed early in September. NIST will be working on test tools; John Garguilo requested members to review and provide information when requested to facilitate NIST’s ability to provide the test tools. Paul Schluter suggested that Physionet may be a good source of data, suggesting Roger Mark and George Moody as contacts. Paul and John Garguilo discussed what might be tested for WCM. One of the complexities is having test partners that support the parameters involved. Paul added that
- Showcase: Steve called attention to the links, indicating that there is little information available yet. Manny indicated that the WG will begin work on this in about a month.

7. Profile Updates:

- Published: Not yet posted. There are some questions re ACM that will be addressed this week.
- Drafts: Available on the ftp site.
- CPs can be submitted at any time.
- Recruiting implementors for POI, WCM, RDQ: please help recruit. Monroe is looking for an AC actor.

71. Recruit Clinicians: Proposal submitted to present at HIMSS Nursing Informatics Meeting.
72. Press Release: No change.
78. Stakeholder Development: Change date to F2F. Steve will contact Christel.
105. Implementation Guide: John Garguilo indicated that NIST is developing a guide to the development of Implementation Guides to assure that important elements are included. John suggested that this be started by the TC and closed until the TC can present to the PC.
107. Clinical System Integration: Close as completed except for deliverables.
