The PHR Manager creates extracts of information from the PHR system to exchange with a PHR Reviewer, and optionally consumes updates or initial content that has been created by a PHR Reviewer.

XPHR
This Profile depends on the actor to create personal health information to be exchanged with a PHR Reviewer, and to optionally consume personal health information coming from the PHR Reviewer. It is very similar in function to the Content Creator Actor, but has additional responsiblities.
