- 191 IDCO doesn't plan on changes for 2016 CN, will be ready for 2017.

- Spring 2016 F2F - Celina asked for dates and location. Paul Sherman will ping West Health.
- CPs 115-118 close today
- TF question, John Rhoads - Would like to expunge generic time description and require time zone. Would make existing requirement more apparent. Does NIST tool check time zone? - John G will check. Paul Sc - Continua may have issues due to legacy systems. John R will address legacy in the TF update. Monroe - shouldn't gateways provide that? Paul Sc - yes, but not in Europe. Mandatory for PCD, Paul will try to do so for Continua.
