<TBD Notes>

Reviewed & approved Agenda

Paul Provided an RTM Update

       New files posted on http://wiki.ihe.net/index.php?title=PCD_Profile_Rosetta_Terminology_Mapping
Provide update presentation to F2F on RTM
All parameters are in pretty good shape, save respiratory & ventilator
       Next RTM steps:
XSLT / Report that shows vendor submission issues / errors
Update table with resolved issue content
                Groupings need to be finalized

Discussion around approach to be taken going forward:

"Cathedral" vs. "Bazzare" (bottom up) terminology development (Schluter)
Discussed IDC term development (w/ MindMap development)
       Mode is solvable
Need to stay away from manufacturer terminology ... base approaches on physiology & what is needed by clinicians
       F2F is needed -

Semantic Architecture Model (Vancouver)

Jan Reviewed the model (ATTACH MODEL)
"Signal" section can be thought of as data types; provided by -10201
Lose "signal" context when going to HL7 ... have to add tags to capture

Work Plan

       Finalize core semantic components
Finalize method for differentiating (discriminating) between observations, settings, waves, ...
       Address term "gaps"
       Finalize approach to operational mode
Breath-to-Breath Annotations (high-resolution; helps describe the mode)
       Finalize "top level" Groupings
Finalize ventilator device context model (MindMap)
       Alert Semantics

ACTION: (Todd/Jan) MindMap of Semantic Architecture (Vancouver Meeting)
