3	Fall F2F Meeting - Chair	Status/Discussion: General planning discussion regarding a face-to-face meeting in the fall. Decisions/Issues: Respironics offered to host the meeting (north part of San Diego) Tentative schedule would be during the first 2 weeks of November Due to travel restrictions in some companies, there was a request to provide WebEx or TCon access to the meetings. Action(s): (Todd) Issue a poll to determine interest and availability. (Todd) Start a meeting wiki page for drafting of the agenda & logistics.
4	Rosetta Profile Update - Schluter	Status/Discussion: Paul provided an update for the Rosetta Terminology Mapping (RTM) profile. The RTM group has completed a lengthy review of the Public Comments submitted for this profile and are about to publish the Trial Implementation version. It was noted that the current focus was on the content of the profile document, organization of the tables, and the ability to automate table validation and report generation. Though some work to integrate the actual term submissions to the Rosetta tables themselves has been completed, finalizing the next revision will require considerable analysis and resolution. That will be part of the group's work over the next couple of months. Decisions/Issues: Action(s): (Paul) Publish a combined set of Rosetta tables reflecting the new organization and the submitted set of proposed term mappings, though there will be many issues that will need identification and resolution in coming weeks.
