- Paul S./Kurt 		Status/Discussion:
Paul S. reviewed discussion from IEEE meeting last week. Remove underscore from several enumeration group names. Only use the _MDC when it is associated with more than on REFID.
_BOOL can be true or false and 1 or 0
all enumerated value tokens shall be processed as case insensitive
