- Review status of template documents and process for public comment
- Need to make changes to appendices from last comment period (Aug. 2011) before publishing for public comment
- Action Item: Chris and Mary will schedule sessions to work through comments
- Public comment announcement should be sent to DCC, Secretaries and Board
- Goal to have comments incorporate by Nov. 21
- Report on the named destinations of TF docs
- Need to publish TF docs simultaneously as "current" and with version number
- Note that TI supplement destinations will change when they are incorporated into TF text
- Versioned documents to be posted on archive page; change descriptive text around archive pages
- Named destinations will include all section levels, tables and figures
- Need instructions to place on ihe.net; new page linked from Archive and TF pages
- Start wiki page for review by DWG
