- Vol. 1/Vol. 0 Templates
- Vol. 0: Remove domain-specific wording; generalize language of TF overview; add language from governance doc to Copyright section; Universal Appendices will be to Volume 0 to include IHE Actor Definitions, another with a link to a Google doc with OIDs/UIDs, possbily another Appendice as universal IHE glossary, etc.
- Vol. 1: Insert domain overview before Profiles section.
- Vol. 2: Will remain Transactions; however, if the document becomes too large/unmanagable, it will become Vol 2a, 2b, 2c (ITI-like numbering scheme)
- Vol. 3: Will remain Content Modules; will follow same numbering scheme if necessary, 3a, 3b, 3c
- Vol. 4: Will remain National Extensions

- Mary will complete producing ITI sample docs with intra-document cross-referencing and external linking

- Rob Horn provided spreadsheet with instructions on how to use it to request various types of UIDs
- Mary Jungers created spreadsheet to gather necessary information to manage UID resources
- May create form to facilitate input by OID owners
- Put out call to profile authors to ask them to add information to spreadsheets
- Externalize Glossary, Actor Descriptions to generate a centralized (Web-based) reference.
- Mary has created a combined glossary of ITI, RAD and PCC terms
- Consider using as external reference across TFs
- Mary will add additional domains to spreadsheet, but not before April 8
