- Action Item: Mary Jungers to purchase Acrobat Pro and EverMap Plugin; IHE Intl will reimburse
- MS Word now has cross-referencing function; is this preserved in pdf? Are there special requirements in generating the pdf?
- Action Item: Mary Jungers to investigate method for generating pdfs to preserve internal cross-references
- Goal to develop linkable versions to replace current published versions
- TF Publication: Publish current version of TF docs under "generic" filename (ie, no revision # specified) to enable persistent linking
- Mary Jungers to work on test pages
- Publication page: Mary to update ITI section (move Change Proposal into Archive section)
- Move Archive sections to separate page
- Roll superseded versions of TF into separate Archive page
- Fixing diagrams: Chris Carr and Mary Jungers to work on ITI TF to update to adapt to new methods defined in Word
- Vol. 1 Template:
- Consider adding highlight angle bracketed areas (ie, those requiring action by editors)
- 1.8 Security Implications: Current version is specific to ITI. Move to Chapter 2 and make an optional section
- Make section 1 a pointer to a Web page (with pdf download version). Add domain information to section 1, with pointer to domain page.
- Section 1.11 to be reviewed and updated. Needs to be introduced, remain high level.
- Add section on Integration Statements.
- Discussion items for next call:
- Externalize Glossary, Actor Descriptions to generate a centralized (Web-based) reference.
- Consider whether there is additional material we want to insert before Profiles section.
- Discussion of Name Space issues; Mary, Teri, Rob, Chris (all others invited to join); Tues, March 8, 2:30-3:30 pm
- Move standing (biweekly) meeting to 3-4:30 CT
