- Goals: Develop outline for presentation to DCC and, after discussion, an approval vote
- Will need to define an implementation project and decide whether and how to retrofit published documents to the modified outline
- Hope to develop a single, agreed upon template for the 2011 development process
- Modified the Template Comparison Matrix to include proposed section headings
- Action Item: Chris Carr to send outline to the Domain Coordination Committee for discussion on its January 4 (?) tcon; approval vote to follow on later call.
