- Tentative dates: Thurs-Fri, July 12-13
- Fly in on Weds and fly out on Friday
- Start agenda early on Thursday
- Include 90 minutes of regular business early in the meeting
- Thursday evening social event/dinner
- Facilitator candidates
- Need to be knowledgeable of, but not too deeply engaged in IHE related activities
- Not important that they be professional facilitator; more important that they be respected and knowledgeable

- Tom Walker, former Mktg Dir of Mitra
- Dave Garrets, former HIMSS Bd Chair, former Gartner Group
- Frederick Linden, epSOS overall project lead
- Agenda development
- XDSWG sets objectives, outcomes and outline of agenda
- Meet with facilitator to determine techniques and approaches (eg, group sessions, brainstorming teams)
- Action Items
- Announce tentative date/times to Board pending securing facilitator
- Determine specific venue: small, reasonably priced hotel with conference facility
- Chris Carr to discuss candidates with Joyce Sensmeier and Jim St. Clair and send prioritized list to group
- XDSWG will review and raise any major objections
- Chris/Joyce will approach candidates on list from top down
- Goal is to have someone lined up for the April 12 tcon
- Using report as starting point to develop proposed Board topics for facilitator
- Develop proposed goals and agenda on March 29 tcon
- Next tcon: March 29, 9-10:30am
