1. Consider the following profile supplements to publish for public comment:

• Retrieve Protocol for Execution (RPE) profile

• Motion: Publish current draft for public comment
• Approved unanimously

• Clinical Research Data Capture (CRD) profile

• Lead Author:

• Maternal Child Health (MCH) profile

• Lead authors: Charles Rica, MD, PhD and Ana Estelrich, both from GIP-DMP
• Comment from CDC and other US-based organizations strongly encouraged

• Approved from Face to Face to republish due to off cycle publication last year

In total these 5 items are approved by the QRPH Technical Comittee to proceed for a 30 public comment.

2. Consider the following white paper to publish for public comment:

• Newborn Screening

• Lead Authors: Therese Finitzo, PHDSC; Anna Orlova, PHDSC; Sachidinand Girde, PHDSC; Lori Forquet, ; Francois Macary, GIP-DMP
• Discussion point: three contributors are listed as representing PHDSC; if they have another main employer that organization should become an IHE member

3. Check the status of the following profile supplement under development:

• Performance Quality Report (PQR) Profile

• Status unknown; Floyd Eisenberg lead author; HITSP and NQF working on data elements required to complete measure definition in profile, timeframe uncertain, possibly June 30; QRDA working on communication of patient-level measure data to aggregator
