Technical Framework Supplement Template

  • Should revision be more prominent (now in footer only); add to title page?
  • Make compatible with more newer profile types
    • Workflow definitions (Tone , Laura B)

      • Generic Content Template (Laura B, Tone, Rob H); get input from Rad and ITI
    • Status Update: Group has been meeting. The are now reviewing each TI and FT profile to identify underlying standard.

White Paper Template

  • Review it to see if changes are necessary. Logo needs to be updated.

Utilize Tool Generated CDA Templates in Published Profiles

  • Mary and Lisa created and presented 2 flow charts.
    • 1. Current processing using the tool. References TF-1, 3, 4)
      • Make changes in the tooling; then repeat the manual cut/paste and formatting process.
      • Make changes in 2 places: in the tooling and then in the IHE TF Supplement
      • Make changes in the IHE TF supplement only.
    • 2. Desired future process of what it could look like moving forward.

Alleviate Deprecated Docs appearing in Google Search

  • Jose has a process and sample doc to show
    • Jose created and demonstrated a process using a script he developed to mark "outdated" or "deprecated" on obsolete documents.
      • Action: RSNA staff will discuss possibilities of doing this with current CMS with marketing/web team.

Update: Access is possible, draft cover page and watermark created, Jose forwarded script. Next step: Chris and Mary run test with IHE documents
