Scope and Current Work
<Briefly (one or two lines) describe the Committee's scope and the current activities.>
IHE International administers the IHE Conformity Assessment Scheme (CAS), which forms the basis for IHE Conformity Assessment Programs and any official certification of conformance to IHE Profiles associated with such testing programs.
The CAS Scheme consists of two volumes:
==> IHE CAS-1 
defines the necessary processes for establishing and managing an IHE Conformity Assessment Program and for accrediting and operating testing labs.
==> IHE CAS-2 defines the standardized test methods for assessing conformity to individual IHE Profiles. In 2015, 6 profiles are covered for conformity assessment:
- Consistent Time (CT)
- Audit Trail and Node Authentication (ATNA)
- Cross-Enterprise Document Sharing (XDS.b)
- Patient Identification Cross-referencing (PIX)
- Patient Identification Cross-referencing HL7V3 (PIXV3)
- Patient Demographics Query (PDQ)
Current Meetings

Meeting notifications and reminders are sent to the Committee Mailing list. T-Cons may be added or re-scheduled periodically.
Proposed Agenda Topics will be scheduled for discussion at upcoming meetings.
Dates and Times are Central Time (Chicago UTC-0600) for T-Cons and local time for face-to-face meetings.
