# The Domain Board representative coordinates the development of a domain report using the [ftp://ftp.ihe.net/Board/DomainReports/Board_Report_IHE_Domain-YYYY-MM-DD-v3.doc IHE Domain Report Template].  Try to be concise; two or at most three pages.

# Submit to the Domain Coordination Committee (DCC) by the DCC Due Date (see [https://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=0AqEVxpQN_abFdDlsR2J0VnUxd1RSTkNKbWx4Q1A2YWc&hl=en&authkey=CPaN5jY IHE Domain Report Status]).  To submit a Domain report to the DCC, save the file in the [ftp://ftp.ihe.net/Board/DomainReports/ ftp://ftp.ihe.net/Board/DomainReports/] directory and send an email to the DCC committee (or Domain Report Coordinator).
