• Status of the "optionality" and "cardinality" discussion. This should be decided for TI publication.
• Glossary: do medical terms belong in the glossary? This was a public comment from QRPH Mother and Child Health profile (MCH)
• Use of all caps (SHALL vs. shall or Shall) in CDA defintion. Committees decide but be consistent.
• Need to discuss strategy to reconcile existing documenation.

• Discuss Volume numbering impact on existing documents (Vol 3)
• Continue current PCC CDA Consolidation model?
