Harry Solomon, Mary Jungers, Tone Southerland, Wendy Blumenthal and Wendy Scharber agree to work on template based on proposal provided by Steve Moore for adopting current HL7 method of specifying optionality of elements in documents and sections

Volume 1: Chris Carr to distribute draft for review by May 27
Actor Definitions: Teri will present Steve Moore's draft consolidation of actor definitions to Domain Coordination Committee
Combined Glossary: Mary will distribute for review by June 9
