Where:

Home Page Name
The name of the template's home page on the wiki.
Wiki Link
The name of the template's home page.
Page Link
The name of the internal link (usually the template OID).
Display Text
The text you want to use for the link.

Each template has a home page. When the home page is displayed, links to other PCC Content Templates are to the home pages of other templates. When a template is included in a profile page or within the PCC Technical Framework page, the links are turned into internal page links, for navigation inside the page.
