Rationale

Rationale Birth Records (or Vital Statistics) requires the number of office visits the mother had during her pregnancy, as well as the date of the first and last visits, to generate the Certificate of Birth (or Death/Stillbirth). Communication of the information electronically will assist in expedited creation of the Certificate.
