Website Updates

1. ihe.net Domain pages (Chris Carr)

 - Chris updated Radiology Domain page on ihe.net to serve as model for all Domain pages. Commitee review and suggested changes and next steps:
   - Remove link to Wiki working documents from profile descriptions section.  
   - Make message clear that when people join the email distribution list they are not joining the committee. 

2. Profile description pages and template (Chris Carr/Kevin O'Donnell)

 - Domain secretariat and planning committee co-chairs will work together to create a brief description for each profile.
 - Start with Profile Summary sections from the technical framework; include an explanatory graphic.
 - Make supplying a brief description 

3. Domain Coordination Wiki Page

 - Schedule teleconference to review and revise drafts.  
 - Make a new requirement for new profiles being published.  Need to publish on ihe.net website as Charles has worked out with ISO.

4. Impact on Domain Committee processes

Approval vote will take place on January 10 Interim International Board teleconference. Need to focus on domains and national/regional initiatives. Communicate domain application process. Procedurally need to determine how to handle a domain that does not cooperate. Propose a process to Interim board for approval. If domain is not publishing/testing technical framework documents consider making them a subcommittee of another domain so they don't have to be 100% active.
