Domain Planning Committee CoChairs are responsible for keeping the Wiki page for their domain up-to-date and accurate. Most importantly, this is the master copy of the timeline for your domain, which should list all milestone events.

CoChairs are responsible for keeping the Wiki page for their committee up-to-date and accurate.



Scheduling Meetings

CoChairs are responsible for adding entries to the IHE Calendar for all T-Cons and Meetings.

The sponsors are responsible for sending out notifications to the committee mailing list:

  • when the meeting is first scheduled
  • as a reminder a day or two before the meeting
