IHE Overview

  • Deferred to later time to be arranged for the skin assessment team (Donna Dulong, Holly Miller)

Agenda Review

  • Optional times for PCC TC review of skin assessment work and proposal identified. Laura will solidify with Donna Dulong and adjust schedule when confirmed.

Change proposal review

  • Review of incoming
    • Incomplete Section Specifications - Assigned to Mary Jungers. Needs more review.
    • Fix Format Codes in Antepartum Profiles - Assigned to Tone. Move to ballot (vote on Thursday)
    • Section Titles - move into rejected.
    • Entry Relationship Structure - accepted. Assigned to Laura B. Move to ballot (vote on Thursday)
    • Section Id Use in Section Imports - accpted. Tone will look for the information and get it to Mary and Lisa. Move to ballot? (vote on Thursday)
    • Multi-subject Section Specification - assigned to Keith. This should be completed but investigation needed.
    • Section And Entry Clean-up - sction and entry codes being used incorrectly. Seems like correction is to the heading terminology. Assigned to Mary and Tone. Move to ballot (vote on Thursday)
    • Antepartum Profiles Supplement Errors - assigned to Mary and Tone and Laura B. They will address details in this to determine which ones can be pulled out and done this week. Create 1-Many change proposals out of the more difficult items that will need to be addressed later. ===Labour and Delivery Supplement Errors
    • NDS Errors - same as last one above.
    • PPVS Errors - same as last one above.
  • Reveiw on Status of Assigned CPs
    • ETC Acuity Location Change - completed. Add to Thursday ballot list.
    • Newborn Delivery Physical Examination -defer update until author assigned availabile.
    • Reconciliation of Family Medical History Sections - completed. ready to ballot on Thurs
    • Confidentiality Code - defer update until author assigned availabile.
    • PPVS Content Modules Inconsistent With CDA Content Modules Supplement - defer update until author assigned availabile.
    • Missing Discharge Status Section - defer update until author assigned availabile.
    • Incorrect Code For ACOG Battery - completed ready for ballot on Thursday
    • Intended Recipient in Wrong Entity - defer update until author assigned availabile.
    • Edit Content Module Names - incomplete. May overlap with earlier one
    • PPVS Data Sets - defer update until author assigned availabile.
    • Change Care Plan LOINC Code and DisplayName - completed and ready for ballot on Thursday.
    • Religious Affiliation - not ready for reveiw. Work in progress.
    • IC - Conformance Sample Schematron - completed and ready for ballot on Thursday.
