3. Check the status of the following profile supplement under development:

  • Performance Quality Report (PQR) Profile
  • Status unknown; Floyd Eisenberg lead author; HITSP and NQF working on data elements required to complete measure definition in profile, timeframe uncertain, possibly June 30; QRDA working on communication of patient-level measure data to aggregator
  • Publication timeframe uncertain, possibly June 30
  • Action Item: Co-chairs to follow up to provide status to committee

4. Check the status of the following white papers under development:

  • Chronic Disease Management
  • Knowledge Representation in Diabetes Care Management
  • Pseudonymization
