• Discussion point: three contributors are listed as representing PHDSC; if they have another main employer that organization should become an IHE member

• Performance Quality Report (PQR) Profile

• Status unknown; Floyd Eisenberg lead author; HITSP and NQF working on data elements required to complete measure definition in profile, timeframe uncertain, possibly June 30; QRDA working on communication of patient-level measure data to aggregator
• Publication timeframe uncertain, possibly June 30
