3. Standards Coordination

- AR Profile: Alarms will be signalled without any sound. (Christophe, Monroe)

CPs should be authored for both IEC 60601-1-8 and IEEE 11073-10101a (to b) to define an Audio State observation and enumeration values (unless they are already defined in the standards and I’m just not aware of them). Once these are in place the ACM profile should be CP’d to include this as an optional observation and the use the standard based enumerations.

- Change to ACM containment MDC codes. Found containment codes already used, given new ones.

Implementation options:

- a- Say 'never normative, make the changes, send to NIST and force change.

- b- Revise MSH-21 (for versioning) and change.

4. Marketing and Recruiting PCD, IHE

- Jeff's role has changed, will need to replace him soon.

John Rhoads has volunteered to serve.
