The span mechanism is cool and will be useful for direct links/"jumps".
I don't know if it's appropriate for this page. I would jump someone to the "Patient Care Coordination Profiles" section on this page, but if I wanted to send them to profile SWF, I would link to Scheduled Workflow which starts with the one-liner, rather than jump them to the one-liner and force them to click again to get the rest.
