• Update on work to model IHE CDA documents in MDHT

• Steve Moore will have all CDA-based supplements loaded in MDHT by time of face-to-face meeting

• Next steps/go forward plans for PRPH-Ca

• CDC published CDA document in implementation guide
• Reference CDC document in PRPH-Ca rather than duplicating details in profile?
• Wendy Blumenthal submitted CPs last Fall to incorporate CCD CDA specification in volume 2

• Consider putting that reference in national extension (vol. 4)?
• Profile needs to be international. Other countries, eg, Germany, need to reference own OIDs, etc.
• Action Item: Secretary will send email with PRPH-Ca profile and CDC implementation guide to group to engage international groups (especially, Frank Oemig on behalf of German group) to have discussion during face-to-face meeting (week of July 22)

• Current version likely to evolve to cCDA or some related template

• IHE International Board Items

• Pilot program to put IHE profiles through HL7 ballot process

• HL7 PHER Committee has been asked to perform a comment-only ballot on the Healthy Weight profile
• No process was defined to HL7 committee; pilot will raise process issues for any future joint efforts
• General stated goal is to improve communications between organizations
• Balloting of Healthy Weight was approved by QRPH and a project scope statement approved by PHER; HL7 Steering Cmte created a task group to review scope statement and approved going forward
• Specified that it would not be an HL7 copyrighted product; comments would be back by July 22 to mesh with IHE process
• HL7 PHER wants to have co-chair (Ken Poole) present to resolve comments; also invite interested HL7 parties to participate in Healthy Weight discussion

• Action Item: Amit will send out agenda for face-to-face meeting by 7/15
• Face-to-face meeting, July 22-25 at RSNA HQ
