We need your help to define radiotherapy interoperability issues for IHE-RO to solve !!
Do you have a problem in your clinic where one type of equipment or software has trouble communicating with another?
Let Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise for Radiation Oncology (IHE-RO) help. We're looking for “Use Cases” to help us define radiotherapy problems of interoperability. The Use Cases we're looking for describe, ideally in a vendor neutral way, interoperability issues between vendors and/or between systems.
These Use Cases need to be submitted by Friday, March 11, 2011 for consideration in the 2011-2012 development cycle. The IHE-RO development cycle for 2011-12 is summarized here.
Please take a moment and fill out a form for submitting your Use Case.
Information of IHE-RO can be found on YouTube, and through various other publications.
For more information in IHE-RO, please see http://www.astro.org/ihero, http://wiki.ihi.net, or http://www.ihe.net. If you’re interested in helping in these efforts, please consider becoming an IHE member (see http://www.ihe.net/governance/index.cfm#membership) and participate on planning and/or technical committees for various healthcare domains.
Thanks for your help,
IHE-RO Planning Committee
