3a. OBR-2 OrderID reporting options with both primary and secondary channels enabled

Options:

• OBR-2 is always the order id of the active source channel (MDC_PUMP_ACTIVE_SOURCES)
• Use multiple OBR segments, one for Primary source, one for Secondary source

*Multiple MDS, VMD, Delivery Info channels - could end up with conflicting information in duplicated channels

*MDS, VMD, Delivery Info in first OBR with Primary Source, only Secondary source in second OBR.

*OBR|1| is Primary, OBR|2| is secondary/piggyback

• Create new MDC code for Infusion OrderID to include in OBX under each MDC_DEV_PUMP_INFUSATE_SOURCE_PRIMARY and MDC_DEV_PUMP_INFUSATE_SOURCE_SECONDARY

Description for ORC -8 states:"ORC-8-parent is the same as OBR-29-parent. If the parent is not present in the ORC, it must be present in the associated OBR." Should it state "it must not be present in the associated OBR"

In v2.8 OBR-54 was added and states ORC-8/OBR-54 – parent order is not the same as OBR-29 – parent result.
