- 4a. OBR-2 OrderID reporting options with both primary and secondary channels enabled
- Options:
- OBR-2 is always the order id of the active source channel (MDC_PUMP_ACTIVE_SOURCES)
- Use multiple OBR segments, one for Primary source, one for Secondary source
- Multiple MDS, VMD, Delivery Info channels - could end up with conflicting information in duplicated channels
- MDS, VMD, Delivery Info in first OBR with Primary Source, only Secondary source in second OBR.
- Create new MDC code for Infusion OrderID to include in OBX under each MDC_DEV_PUMP_INFUSATE_SOURCE_PRIMARY and MDC_DEV_PUMP_INFUSATE_SOURCE_SECONDARY
