Medication Prescription and Delivery (MPD)
The goal of this work item is to producte IHE Profiles for Medication Prescription and Delivery purposes.
- Profile for Medication Presciption and Delivery workflow in a "native" FHIR architecture
- Use cases scope (Phase 1)
- Prescription
- Create Prescription with 1..n Prescription Items
- Query Prescription
- Cancel Prescription
- Change / Cancel Prescription Item (of a Prescription)
- Medicinal Product and/or Dosage Instructions
- Validate/Approve/Reject a prescription
- Dispense
- Create Dispense with 1 Dispense Item
- either OTC or related to a Prescription Item
- Substitution of medicinal product
- Query Dispense
- Cancel Dispense
- Change Dispense Item?
- Dosage Instructions
- Or alternatively change Dosage Instructions in Medication Treatment Plan
- Request change of Prescription Item?
