  • 11:15am-12:30pm: Profile Cleanup -- focus on SDC - Vijay Shah
    • Vijay will email schema to Nichole for uploading to the IHE FTP on 4/25.
    • Vijay will send updated document on evening of May 3rd so committee can review on May 6 QRPH Technical call.

  • DSC (0037)
    • Amit will "own" CP-QRPH-37.
    • Determine whether profile is still relevant. CC will ask CDISC about real world implementations.
    • Look at profile and see if there are any other barriers to taking it to Final Text. Find out if there are real world implementations through the registry. If not, the recommendation from tech may be to go back to planning and recommend retirement.

  • PRPH-Ca
    • Eric will reach out to Wendy per the open CP and potential.

  • 12:30pm-1:30pm: Lunch

  • 1:30pm-3:30pm: EHDI Related Items - Lisa
    • CP-QRPH-0142 EHDI-WD is now owned by QRPH.

  • 3:30pm-3:45pm: Break 2

  • 3:45pm-5:00pm: EHDI Related Items - Lisa
    • Action: QME-EH has permission to investigate using a tooling export for Volume 3 templates for this version of Public Comment. PC will solicit feedback on usability.
    • Lisa motioned and Michelle seconded to accept modifying Volume 4 to remove the template definitions and replace it with instructive guidance version matrix for the elemental standard pieces and something specific about the EHDI measure templates. All in agreement. No formal vote taken.

    • Joint with ITI - ATNA logging for RFD profiles: CP-ITI-916 (assigned to Rob Horn), QRPH-CP-134 & 149 (assigned to John Stamm)
        • For each new profile (RFD-based or not), there should be a security analysis, based on the Security Cookbook, to determine the security-related rqmts for the new profile, including (but not exclusively) audit requirements, if any.
        • The base RFD transactions are not security-relevant. When content is defined in a profile, that content exchanged via RFD transactions may or may not be security relevant.
        • For QRPH profiles based on IHE, the audit event (if any) should be based on the “content” being exchanged, rather than just an ITI-34 transaction occurred (for example).
          • PATH FORWARD:
            • Apply recent ITI CPs to the existing audit message definitions in CRD. (Rob H) …Lynn will give Rob the Word version of CRD to start with. Rob will give the updated content to John Stamm.
            • Per RFD-based profile in QRPH (John S):
              • Identify whether creation of data locally (vs transferring data) worth reporting via an audit message
              • Determine whether the profile de-identifies data. If it does, this is an auditable event.
              • When information is transferred what kind of subject is involved (a patient? a clinical trial subject? something else?)
              • Is it sufficient identify the transfer of data by a document id (i.e. a unique identifier for a document/form), or is more needed?
            • John S will attempt to create updated audit message definitions for the other QRPH profiles based on these questions. If he runs into questions, he will consult with Rob. That exercise make inform
            • CP-ITI-916 will be closed with a rationale based on today’s discussion!
            • a ‘good’ CRD message, John has QRPH CPs that will propagate the audit message definitions, as needed, to other QRPH profiles
            • Once we have gone through this exercise, we will evaluate the size of a potential update to the “ITI Security Cookbook” so to include a general process to help profile editors to construct the audit message tables for new profiles.
