- Jose Costa Teixeira: Next step after "Medication Management" is the thinking of what to do with that.
- Stephen Chu: Our work divides into the following three components:
- 1) What concepts are relevant to constitute Medication Management
- 2) What are the data and where does it come from
- 3) How the data can and should be used

- IHE Pharmacy takes the lead on this document
- Structured approach, working out of chapters will be distributed to contributors with deadlines
