Agenda: 1. CP items that are dependent on the cancer profile that Wendy will present

• • Concern about references to procedures in QRPH CA profile being unclear and difficult to know that they need to be followed. Solution= will reference the procedure section from CCD. The main difference between the 2 is the "history of procedures"

Coded results do not have the parent ID of the results section--This needs a change proposal to be corrected. A CP to PCC, Wendy Scharber will submit the CP to PCC to get a parent ID to the coded results section.

Reuse of templates - currently there is a history of tobacco use. QRPH needs a coded item for tobacco use/PCC has a tobacco use section... Some of these have come from deprecated profiles - but they have been maintained due to their use in other profiles. Resolution is to use the coded social history with a coded tobacco use entry. Social history observation is final text - and it is a snomed code for smoking. it is suggested vocabulary - not required vocabulary.
