Agenda: 1. CP items that are dependent on the cancer profile that Wendy Scharber present

    • Concern about references to procedures in QRPH CA profile being unclear and difficult to know that they need to be followed. Solution= will reference the procedure section from CCD. The main difference between the 2 is the "history of procedures"

Coded results do not have the parent ID of the results section--This needs a change proposal to be corrected. A CP to PCC, Wendy Scharber will submit the CP to PCC to get a parent ID to the coded results section.

Reuse of templates - currently there is a history of tobacco use. QRPH needs a coded item for tobacco use/PCC has a tobacco use section... Some of these have come from deprecated profiles - but they have been maintained due to their use in other profiles. Resolution is to use the coded social history with a coded tobacco use entry. Social history observation is final text - and it is a snomed code for smoking. it is suggested vocabulary - not required vocabulary. This is an example of: "Decision #1 The summary is that..... a document can specify a constraint on vocabulary on sections as long it does not conflict with the constraints on that section." Decision #2 you can specify a child template specified on another template with further constraints on more than just vocabulary.

Change proposal for referral source section - status? PCC Section on Referral Source --- is teh description for the LOINC code correct? There is a use for a referral source broader than just ED referral. Suggest a parent for referral source to be more global. - if this is a CP that has been submitted than it is no longer valid. It will be resubmitted with the correct question and request.


2. Reminder of discussion is around documentation. - Steve Moore

There continues to be confusion around R, R2, O etc. Suggest using the solution found in the CDA consolidation project. Steve will get the information on the consolidation decision from Keith and enter into the documentation document for further review by team in next team meeting.

3. Review of QRPH issue list regarding profile completion. Answers/Resolutions recorded in team issue spreadsheet.
