We discussed how to optionalize the 4 antepartum documents and the additional 3 documents - diagnostic imaging reports, other labs, and consultations. There was discussion around the definition of R2 - the consensus reached in this discussion was that R2 means if data is in your system, it must be sent (in whatever format is specified). | |||

7/21/2008 - Face to Face meeting Discussion on Optionality of documents/profiles: We discussed how to optionalize the 4 antepartum documents and the additional 3 documents - diagnostic imaging reports, other labs, and consultations. There was discussion around the definition of R2 - the consensus reached in this discussion was that R2 means if data is in your system, it must be sent (in whatever format is specified).
