Showcase in parallel

• Status

• Simon Lin from HIMSS would support that activity by providing space and material on a cost-base only
• Template: like in Amsterdam
• Would take place in parallel to the AsiaPac17 conferance (excluding the IHE World Summit day, because the exhibition area is in setup at that time)
• Vendors have to pay a small fee for participating (to cover the costs)

• Benefit for them: Are part of HIMSS AsiaPac17

• Organization, script, choreography and manning must be done by IHE

• Next steps:

• Discuss internally, if we think to be able to manage that
