A change to the code value appears to have created a conflict with CCD.

This would appear to conflict with the following section of 1.3.6.1.4.1.19376.1.5.3.1.4.17:

The <act> conforms to CCD: 3.1.2.1.1 as well as this specification. This shall be reflected by including the <templateId> elements shown above.

However, in CCD section 3.1.2.1.1 (Coverage activity): CONF-42: The value for "Act / code" in a coverage activity SHALL be "48768-6" "Payment sources" 2.16.840.1.113883.6.1 LOINC STATIC.
