Access information for Committee and WG meetings is provided in this email.
This page provides the routine PCD committee and working group meeting schedules and access information. Meetings may be rescheduled or cancelled by the committee or group leadership. Meeting passwords are not provided here, they are provided by the leadership. Members are asked not to share the passwords with non-members.


POI WG resumes meetings; please watch for specifics; the existing access information likely won’t be used.

:- PCD Connectathon/Showcase WG (Tuesday, 2 pm ET): Meetings focused on development of new and review of existing PCD Pre-Connectathon and Connectathon testing, the HIMSS Showcase and AAMI demonstration preparation.  
 
PCD Connectathon/Showcase WG (Tuesday, 2 pm ET): Please watch for meetings focused on additional reviews of PCD Pre-Connectathon and Connectathon testing, HIMSS Showcase and AAMI demonstration preparation. Tuesday November 19 will focus on the DEC and the Rosetta project.
 
MEM Device Management Communication (DMC) and MEM Location Tracking (LS) generally meet on alternate Fridays: DMC and LS meet at the same time on Friday, with the DMC access information (below). Meetings are with device, CMMS and RTLS vendors and users. Please watch for updates.
 
MEM Cybersecurity will meet (information available from Axel).

This page provides the routine PCD committee and working group meeting schedules and access information. Meetings may be rescheduled or cancelled by the committee or group leadership. Meeting passwords are not provided here, they are provided by the leadership. Members are asked not to share the passwords with non-members.

Special Notices:

The schedule for certain Committees and WGs:

- PCD Connectathon/Showcase WG (Tuesday, 2 pm ET): Meetings focused on development of new and review of existing PCD Pre-Connectathon and Connectathon testing, the HIMSS Showcase and AAMI demonstration preparation.
- There Are Three WGs Addressing Medical Equipment Management At This Time: Cybersecurity, Device Management Communication and Location Services
- MEM Device Management Communication (DMC) and MEM Location Tracking (LS) generally meet on alternate Fridays during the time slot shown below for the DMC meeting. Meetings are with device, CMMS and RTLS vendors and users.
- The Infusion Pump WG meets periodically on Wednesdays. An email is sent to group members when a meeting is scheduled.
- The following normally meet every other week: ICE-PAC, LS, DMC
- The following WGs are NOT meeting for a while; there will be notices when meetings resume: WCM, RDQ
- The OMS WG will no longer meet regularly; they have completed their work with the planned publication of the WP and will meet if necessary to respond to comments on the balloted WP.
