*The CP which needs to be followed through on by QRPH.  This was submitted (even though it still needs to be properly posted and given a number—back in December).  Today it was discussed and voted on.  Lisa made the motion to accept the CP.  Nitin seconded the motion.  During discussion minor clarifying revisions were made.  The vote then passed with no abstentions and no votes against.
