- The CP which needs to be followed through on by PCC to correct the Care Plan OID collision problem at section 6.3.3.6.15
- We need PCC to accept this CP, return confirmation that it will address (by telling us the number which they have assigned to this CP), and provide a meeting date/time when it will be reviewed.

- The CP which needs to be followed through on by QRPH. This was submitted (even though it still needs to be properly posted and given a number—back in December). Today it was discussed and voted on. Lisa made the motion to accept the CP. Nitin seconded the motion. During discussion minor clarifying revisions were made. The vote then passed with no abstentions and no votes against.
