Put in the beginning to allow Stephen to attend

• Marco:

• Is temporarily nominated as main-editor. Actual editor shall be elected

• Ana has reworked the document to make it more readable

• TCon last Thursday: Stephen mentioned that the Scope is not clearly defined. Added a very detailed scope-statement according to his experiences. Stephen will gladly contribute but can’t act as the main-editor

• Status: Will continue to be a white paper, reset to scope-definition

• Roadmap (next steps):

• First get agreement of new proposed scope & objectives

• Agreement on the structure of the paper

• Detailed description of the use-cases

• Glossary

• Further steps afterward

• Timeline: optimal finished in 2011/2012, can take longer if needed

• Monthly TCons will end and are replaced by the TCons in the schedule. Alternating time (US/Australia) will be kept.

• All TCons will be invited now to get it reserved in the calendar and changed later with dial-in info, etc.
