Rationale
Resolved Problems (1.3.6.1.4.1.19376.1.5.3.1.3.8) uses the LOINC code for HISTORY OF PAST ILLNESS. A patient can have a history of a past illness that wasn't "resolved", thus it is not a resolved problem. Rename this section name to History of Past Illness, and change all links that reference it to the same string.
