Possible approaches include a Change Proposal, optional extension, or national extension. Promotion Newsletter promotion to wait until the next face-to-face Planning Committee meeting and or include a mention in CAT. AI Meeting Notes - Co-Chairs are reluctant to publish AI notes, since they are not official (they tend to be incomplete and fragmented) - Access can be requested via Hagan.
