• Report on operation, # of exam takers, issues, etc. (Werner)

• 16 exam takers (15 passed, 1 failed)

• Investigate issue and ask ProctorU for providing an information, with explanations (Werner)

• Checked, but documentation was actually available.
• Action item: Re-investigation of ProctorU documentation issue, giving a second-opinion of that when taking the exam (Jürgen)

• Investigate issue that certificate has an error in the date (Werner)

• Checked. Was an error, but is fixed and sent out again.

• Update website with the rights are declared on the IHE-CPP homepage + Certificate points out the the rights are declared on the IHE-CPP homepage, but it's not there(Jamie / Jürgen)

• Work in progress. A document with a summary of website changes will be created for Jamie to perform. Shared with this group offline.

• Forward feedback of Elliot to Stefan (Syllabus part) and Werner (other parts) (Jürgen)

• Done. Feedback shall now be processed.
• Action item: Process feedback of Elliot Silver by Stefan (Syllabus part) and Werner (other parts) (Stefan, Werner)

• Do a basic spelling check on all exam questions/answers by a native speaker and in the course, let him detect errors of the sort in Elliots' feedback to create a short-list of issues for a further follow-up by an IHE subject matter expert (Werner)

• Done. Few smaller findings. No major issues found as described by Elliot.

• Remind first IHE Services persons to take the exam (Karima, Alexander) (Charles)

• change "is a worldwide accredited Training Course for the" to "is worldwide accredited for the"

Accreditation of Training Courses
