I actively architect and implement software that makes use of the IHE profiles... On the WIKI, I have found some errors, and would like to either 1) update the wiki 2) at least start discussions about the issues I find

ex: Annotated Provide And Register has incorrect UUIDs for classifications, per the latest TF volume.
