I am the president and CEO of CRG Medical, Inc., the company that designed and built the KBCore Suite of products. KBCore CF was built to automatically populate AHRQ Common Formats forms with patient safety information directly from the EHR/EMR. These forms are sent in real-time at the click of the "Purple Button" to the Patient Safety Evaluation System (PSES) for analysis and forwarding to a patient Safety organization (PSO). I am interested in joining so that I can share this knowledge to help improve the connectivity and sharing of patient safety information between providers, payers and patients.
