As a recent chair, and now a boardmember, of HL7 Sweden I have come in contact with IHE-profiles from time to time. The last couple of years I have been working with the radiology departments in the Stockholm region in Sweden. We are trying to "come together" and establish an enterprise imaging architecture for the whole region and in this work HL7, DICOM and IHE are very important parts. We have found a lot of help in some of the existing profiles (SWF, XD* etc) but have also found some cases where there might be a need for a new actor and some new transaktions (at least from our perspective). That´s why I´m interested in jouning the IHE Wiki.
