3. I think this topic, alongside Certification, is one of the most important ones. The IHE initiative is showing great results during the connectathons but in real life I just don't see this happening. I know products are "IHE-compatible" yet out there in the real world the systems are not installed/configured properly to take advantage of the work done during the Connectathons. However, it's possible that the products in the field are not the real deal and do not have the code that we tested at the Connectathon. So, I think this topic is of great importance to make sure that everybody keeps believing in IHE and the Connectathon process.
