Review of Recent Meetings

Reviewed last two meeting topics. Andrea sent reports to Paul.

Face to Face Meeting

Discussion of April 18,19,20 (noon start on Day 1 and noon finish on Day 3) and possibility of combined Planning and Technical IHE mtg (Planning is April 10). Europe Connectathon April 3-7 and Easter week is April 10 week.

Domain Updates

Meeting tonight for domain reports with co-chairs. On agenda for report submission for Feb. 28th.

Art Decor Update

Reviewed work done by CM and NG. If using, check you are able to edit.

When working gray means it is from CCDA 2.1 and is included as reference, unable to edit. If edit required, make new template from that one, will need to change name to Cardiology or start from scratch.

Do not use CCDA 1.1

Be aware that when edit template icon, it brings in another window. You may have multiple windows.

Little blue circle next to "Admission Diagnosis Section" means it is deleted. CM to check if there is a way to make this invisible.

Can see constraints and make edits.

NG had "timed out" issues with valuesets.

Save issues for next week.

Will have Kai Hickman attend next weeks meeting if available.

For conformance IDs, we will update this last. Conformance ID is only used fro debugging.

Discussion of start with CRC or EPRC. Recommended start with CRC.

When adding instance for "allergies" section needed to add template based on previous template in order to add to the "description" section.

Keep in mind when blending things that some of the language is not necessarily true.

Use "refresh" key in order to see updates.

Recommend others do work in Art Décor, then give feedback next week.

NG will do complication and recommendations section of procedures.

DM will do family hx and physical exam (out this week, will do the next week)

RB will do procedure indication and post procedure diagnosis section.

Will compile list of questions then bring them forward on weekly basis to Art Décor.

Final Notes

Next week will invite Kai and have an interactive discussion on Art Décor.
